Definition of Terms
Supplier (We) – Georgian Service Network Ltd JSC 406049823
User (You) – The person who enters the website as well as the legal entity in whose name the individual enters the website.
Contract – Present document
Products- Any product we offer on our website.
Agreement – These terms and conditions of use, privacy policy, limitation of liability, instructions for placing an order, payment, delivery of a product to which you agree when placing an order.
Customer – A person who purchases products from the implementation website.
How the Company Works
By ordering any goods though our website or by phone, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. GSN.GE is available to any individual or legal entity, from any internet browser. The product can be purchased online from our website only after registration on the site. The product delivery agreement is between you and Georgian Service Network Ltd.
Privacy
Georgian Service Network Ltd if fully responsible for the confidentiality of our site’s user and customer information, we do not transfer information about our customer to third parties, unless the information is transferred from us to the carrier for delivery. We do not sell information about you name, address, email address, credit cards or any other personal information.
Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Before going to the payment page of the cart, complete information about the product to be purchased and its total value is posted. The ordered product can be purchased online though Visa /Mastercard cards, Internet / Mobile Banking, or Apple Pay. After Pressing the payment button, you will need to enter your card details when paying by Visa /Mastercard with the automatically redirected TBC Bank page. When paying with Internet / Mobile Banking, you need to enter your Internet / Mobile Banking Data and the amount will be automatically deducted from your account. Payment is possible with any bank Visa or Mastercard card.
If the warranty service or the order cannot be completed due to lack of item or if the item does not meet the specifications given on the site, the customer has the right to request a full refund, the refund will be made to the same bank account from which the money was transferred. Refunds will be made based on the application. The company has one one month to return the amount.
Delivery
Free delivery service is available thought Georgia, in any city listed in the shipping column when placing an order. Orders received before 15:00 within Tbilisi will be delivered to the customer the next day. Delivery service time for the regions is defined for 3 working days. Order delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday.
Please note: Free delivery service does not apply to products presented in the accessories section, the cost depends on the quantity and weight of the products.
