Incorrect key (error- from 05, to-20)
If on cash register display is written incorrect key (error- from 05, to-20), means that, you dialed incorrect button. To solve this problem, press the "C" button twice and then "TL" button on the keyboard. With this combination the cash register will be corrected.

What is required for registration of cash register?
To register a cash register you need to be a registered legal person or have a registered business enterprise. What does "error 30" (Memory full) mean?
"Error 30" means that, fiscal memory card of cash register registered under your name’s memory is full and needs to be replaced with a new memory card.
What does "error 109" mean on the cash register screen?
"Error 109" means a GPRS connection problem, your device may be disconnected from the network because of non-payment. And / or technical malfunction when the cash register cannot be connected to the Revenue Service Server (RS.GE Portal)
How to fix error code "Fiscal Printer"
If a cash register doesn’t switch from this mode with button “Mode” to a various programs, you need to do the following: Turn off the cash register, then at the same time push the buttons “QTY” and power on button. On the display will appear writing: “confirm <st>” Push the button “ST” and then “TL”
How to find out the meaning of error code displayed on cash register screen?

What does full memory mean and how often does it fill up?
The cash register can remove up to 1200 Z-Reports, which means that cash register’s fiscal memory can store up to 1200 Z accounts, which is enough from 3 to 5 years. (1 Z account = 1 working day)
