Dear customer, if your device displays ERROR 109 or GPRS NET ERROR, this issue can be resolved by performing a system reboot.
For Daisy Expert or Daisy Expert SX: press the "MODE" button several times until the "PROGR...." message appears. Enter the password "9999" and confirm bypressing the "CLK" button. Type 1853 and press the "VD" button. Wait for the process to complete. If the activation is successful, the screen will display "SUCCESSFUL". After that, you can continue working. If the message "COMMUN.ERR.GRA" or "SEND.GRA.SERVER" appears, press the "C" button and try rebooting again.
For Daisy Compact M or Daisy Compact S: press the "M" button until the "Programming" message appears. Enter 9999 and press the "CLK" button. The screen will display PROGR, then type 1853 and press the "VD" button. Wait for the process to complete. If activation is successful, the screen will display "SUCCESSFUL". After that, you can continue working.
For Daisy Perfect M or Daisy Perfect S then: press the "BACK" button until you return to the main menu and see a list of options. Use the arrow keys to find "Programming" and press "OK", then enter 9999 and press "OK". Then use the arrow keys to select "TESTS" and press "OK". Use the arrows to find "MANUAL TRANSFER" and press the "OK" button.
If the issue is not resolved on the first attempt, repeat the same procedure from the beginning.
